When a command is sent to the device, the device will respond after the command is successfully received. The status of the response from the device is visible in the command history "Status" column.
A "Pending" status is displayed while waiting for a command response from the device.
A "Failed" status is displayed if there is no response for 5 minutes. A command failure may be due to a network error on the device.
To check the status of the device:
- Verify that the network settings of the device match its specifications (APN for LTE devices, and SSID for Wi-Fi devices).
- Make sure that the internet is accessible through this connection.
- Check the system LED indicator on the device for network connection status. Please refer to one of the following links for system LED specifications:
- Ensure that the Node on NEQTO Console corresponds to the device in operation.
- On the Node in NEQTO Console,
- Check that the latest event in the Recent Events table is "Ready" or "Script Updated"
- Check that the latest entry in the Command History table matches the last sent command.
- Once the status of the device is confirmed, please retry the command.
