If the HTTP communication cannot establish a TLS or TCP session for some reason, or if the communication is interrupted, a socket error notification will be generated.
If the problem persists, please confirm the following:
- Is the NEQTO device online?
- Is the environment favorable for wireless communication? Does the device go temporarily out of range?
- Can you access the server without any issues? Is the server currently experiencing outage or failures?
- If you are using Wi-Fi, is the connected Wi-Fi router communicating properly?
